Callum Brown – Videographer & Filmmaker
Callum Brown is a skilled videographer at Raytheon UK, specialising in producing a diverse range of training videos for the Royal Navy and Royal Marines. His work includes filming talking head-style content against a green screen, crafting instructional videos with animations, and developing specialised content for both the Ministry of Defence (M.O.D.) and Raytheon. In this role, he continuously refines his technical expertise, creating high-quality, purposeful content that plays a crucial role in defence training applications.
A recent graduate with a strong passion for storytelling through film, Callum brings a wealth of experience across various aspects of video production. During his time at university, Callum undertook an internship alongside his studies during his second and third year. During this internship, he assisted on various Fujifilm demo workshops, including a Fujifilm X Marie Claire event at Shoreditch Studios and a Fujifilm advert featuring a Ferrari. He also created an advert for a Fujifilm lens, which showcased a £1 million helicopter. His experience in high-end production settings has strengthened his ability to work efficiently under pressure while delivering exceptional results.
Beyond his work at Raytheon, Callum operates Blueboard Productions, where he has expanded his portfolio with short films, music videos, and promotional content. Through Blueboard, he has developed strong leadership and communication skills, further enhancing his ability to bring creative visions to life. His technical expertise includes proficiency in Celtx scripting software, Adobe Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
His creative portfolio includes a short film, Othello 21, produced in collaboration with Ballet Soul, which reached the semi-finals of the 2022 ARFF Berlin International Film Festival.
